IPTV Smarters Pro Xtream Codes Setup Guide

IPTV Smarters Pro is a widely used cross-platform player for Xtream Codes. It runs on Android, iOS, Fire TV, Windows, macOS, and several smart TV platforms, and its native Xtream Codes login is the easiest path from credentials to channels.

What you need before you start

• Any supported device — Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Fire TV, or a smart TV.
• The IPTV Smarters Pro app for that platform.
• Your Xtream Codes credentials — host, username, and password.

Install

• Android / Android TV: search the Play Store for IPTV Smarters Pro and install.
• iPhone / iPad: install from the App Store.
• Windows / macOS: download the desktop app from the official site.
• Fire TV: sideload the APK from the official site — see the Firestick setup guide.
• Only install from the official site or an official app store. “Preloaded” or mirror APKs are a common malware vector.

Add your Xtream Codes portal

1. Open IPTV Smarters and choose Login with Xtream Codes.
2. Enter the portal URL (host and port), username, and password.
3. Pick the section to load first — Live TV, Movies, or Series. You can add all of them.
4. IPTV Smarters fetches channels, categories, the EPG, and VOD libraries.

Set up the guide

• With an Xtream Codes login, the EPG is usually attached automatically.
• If channels show “No information”, refresh the EPG inside the app or check your provider’s guide. See Xtream Codes EPG.
• On the live TV screen, use the TV guide button to switch from the channel list to the program grid.

Playback settings worth checking

• Default player: IPTV Smarters uses its own player by default. If a stream misbehaves, switch the channel’s player to the system or VLC player.
• Buffering: increase the buffer size if streams stutter.
• Hardware decoding: enable it on lower-end devices for smoother playback.
• Network stream limit: on desktop, set how many simultaneous streams the app may open — useful if you stream from multiple accounts.

Common IPTV Smarters problems

• Sections load but channels are empty — re-add the Xtream Codes login and load Live TV first; some accounts need the sections loaded separately.
• Stutter only in Smarters’ own player — switch the default player to VLC in the app’s settings.
• Can’t log in on desktop — some desktop builds require the account to be loaded under “Add New User” rather than the quick-login button.
• Guide shows nothing on one section — refresh the EPG for that playlist specifically; movies and series don’t use the live guide.

Keep it safe

• Use your own authorized account only.
